ABSTRACT
As the use of interleukin-1 blockers in recurrent pericarditis has increased, questions regarding infection risk, activity restrictions, and lifestyle considerations have increasingly arisen in clinical practice. We describe expert opinion-based considerations for patient counseling and clinical decision-making in this evolving therapeutic context.
