ABSTRACT

Right atrial lipoma combined with severe coronary stenosis and myocardial bridge is an extremely rare triad in young adults. We report a 34-year-old male presenting with acute palpitations and chest tightness. Multimodal imaging diagnosed a right atrial lipoma, severe left anterior descending artery stenosis, and myocardial bridge. One-stage surgical resection and coronary bypass were successfully performed, with histopathology confirming benign lipoma. At 1-year follow-up, there was no tumor recurrence and cardiac function was normal. This case demonstrates the value of multimodal imaging and one-stage surgery for this rare complex cardiac condition.
