ABSTRACT
This article presents definition, clinical course and distinctive features of dural fistulas of the craniovertebral junction. Anatomical and pathogenetic aspects of this pathology are discussed. The authors present a rare case of dural fistula of the craniovertebral junction. The article discusses diagnostic and treatment methods for dural fistulas of the craniovertebral junction. The most significant and favorable treatment options are described.
