ABSTRACT
A 23-year-old man with a medical history significant for juvenile polyposis-hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (SMAD4 and ENG mutation-positive), multiple prior coil embolizations for pulmonary arteriovenous malformations, and recurrent epistaxis refractory to nasal cauterization presented to the emergency department with 1 week of cough and 2 days of hemoptysis.
