ABSTRACT

A case of primary ventricular fibrillation in a previously asymptomatic 67-year-old male patient with ventricular parasystole is presented. The case highlights that parasystole is not as benign as previously believed. The implantable cardioverter defibrillator in such cases is an undecided question. Orv Hetil. 2025; 166(48): 1916-1918.
