ABSTRACT
In this review, we provide a detailed up-to-date summary of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). From the complex and diverse presentations to the individualized clinical profiles, we delve into the different aspects of HCM diagnosis, management, and follow up. We discuss imaging modalities and their indications as well as current guidelines for both pharmacological and surgical treatment options. We also review the data regarding emerging therapies.
